Directed by Robert Zemeckis, who co-wrote the screenplay with William Broyles Jr., based on the 1985 children's book of the same name by Chris Van Allsburg.

On Christmas Eve, a young boy embarks on a magical adventure to the North Pole on the Polar Express, while learning about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas.

13.30: It's A Wonderful Life (1946)

Produced and directed by Frank Capra. It is based on the short story and booklet self-published by Philip Van Doren Stern in 1943, which itself is loosely based on the 1843's Charles Dickens' novella A Christmas Carol.

On Christmas Eve 1945, in Bedford Falls, New York, George Bailey (James Stewart) contemplates suicide. The prayers of his loved ones reach Heaven, where the guardian angel second class, Clarence Odbody (Henry Travers), is assigned to save George and earn his wings.
