This all-levels vinyasa flow is an opportunity to connect body, mind and breath in community with others, and in connection taiao and whenua, inviting a bit of balance into your week.

Hana Buchanan
Hana Buchanan (Taranaki iwi, Te Ātiawa, Taranaki Whānui ki te Upoko o te Ika) descends from Te Aro Pā, the ancestral land upon which Te Papa stands. With over 25 years of experience in yoga and pū āio practice, Hana is a seasoned instructor who completed her 200-hour Vinyasa and 100-hour Yin teacher training with AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing. She loves exploring the synergies between mātauranga Māori and yoga philosophies, blending centuries-old indigenous wisdom with contemporary holistic wellbeing practices.
