General enquiries

This form is not being monitored 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. When we are back in the office we will assist with general visiting enquiries, but delivery to complex research or collection access requests will be delayed as many Te Papa staff are away for the summer break. These requests will be considered after mid-January as the staff responsible for servicing those requests return from annual leave.
